Verint Sync Bridge connects user-approved Google Sheets containing the Verint Sync sidebar to the user's own signed-in Verint Cloud tab. It reads scheduling reference data and performs only work-rule assignments that the user previews and explicitly confirms.
The extension may process approved Google Sheet identifiers, Verint employee identifiers and professional profile fields, organization and group membership, work-pattern definitions, effective dates, and assignment results. Verint credentials and session cookies remain in the Verint website's browser context; the extension does not read, copy, or store them.
Approved Sheet identifiers are stored locally in the user's Chrome profile. One-time job state is stored temporarily in Chrome session storage. Scheduling data moves directly between the approved Sheet, the extension, and the user's Verint Cloud tenant over HTTPS. The extension has no publisher-operated backend, analytics, advertising, or telemetry and does not transmit this data to the publisher.
Use of information received from Google APIs adheres to the Chrome Web Store User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements. Data is used only to provide or improve the extension's disclosed synchronization purpose; it is not sold, used for personalized advertising, transferred for unrelated purposes, or made available for human review except with the user's specific consent for support, when required for security, or as required by law.
Users can remove an approved Sheet at any time in extension settings. Removing the extension deletes its local configuration. Verint and Google Sheets retain data under the policies and administrative controls of those services and the user's organization.
